Revive  Auto Parts certifies that your information is safe and secure when making transactions over the internet. Through this Internet Privacy Statement, we want to reassure users of the site that we will not sell, share or rent user information to others in a manner different than as set forth in this Internet Privacy Statement.

We use a credit card or debit card processing company to bill purchasers of goods from the site, and we also use outside distributors and delivery companies to assist us in fulfilling and delivering orders. We share with them only the information necessary to enable such card processing and fulfilling and delivery of goods Our users personal information will not be shared, sold or rent to any organization outside of  Revive  Auto Parts and our financial and order fulfilment affiliates.  Revive Auto Parts occasionally send our customers and users of the site announcements and update their personally identifying information that they have provided to Revive  Auto Parts by e-mailing us.

SHIPPING POLICY

Order Confirmation

As customer place order they will receive an order confirmation mail in there register ID. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As we receive your order we will automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for instant shipment. We will try our best to deliver your order in 14 to 15 days business days. However Fixit Auto Parts takes no responsibility in delay of shipping by carrier or actual yard. Cancellation & Refund of orders will only be processed if the part is not delivered even after 30 days of placing the order.

Order Shipment

If your order is in stock then we will process the shipping charge and same will ship within ten business days from the date of order. We will send you tracking information within  24–48 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the registered mail ID or the mail address your provide when checking out. If you don’t receive tracking information from us within ten business days of your order feel free to follow up.

Damages

Request you to examine the delivered packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage/loss you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to we will process replacement or refund. Please refer our Refund Policy for more information on refunds.

RETURN POLICY

If you receive a damaged part or incorrect part, intimate us immediately. PLEASE DO NOT SEND THE PART BACK BEFORE RECEIVING A RETURN LABEL. Returning the part is the responsibility of the customer and the item must be returned within 7 business days of the receipt of the Return Label. The address where you need to return the item will be provided at the time of contract. Parts must be returned to the location address provided upon receiving RMA. If you return any Items to Revive Auto Parts we will be forwarded to the correct address listed on the RMA instructions, at your expense. We will refund once we receive the shipment. If we found that the part is defective we will first attempt to replace it and if a replacement cannot be sent we will issue a full refund of the total sale amount. The items you return should reach to us before the warranty expires, so as to get the refund. The shipping cost for return will not be reimbursed. If the return is due to any other reasons than the one stated above, (such as customer ordered a wrong part, customer does not need the part etc) returns may subject to a 25% restocking fee and withhold shipping amounts in the refund. Before ordering please concern mechanical expert the actual part needed to be ordered. We will make sure that we will send correct parts. Any items returned after warranty period will not be refundable and will be returned to sender. The deadline of receiving parts will be within 30 days of the original shipment delivery date in order to be accepted.
